Video Story The Photosynthesis is a portable, solar-powered, generative MIDI synthesizer and drum machine. It has a unique touch keyboard, which can be configured to play in any key and 16 different musical scales. It features a powerful arpeggiator and sequencer, which can be controlled very precisely, or let loose to create new and unexpected results. The built-in sounds are made with beautiful, nostalgic, wavetable synthesis. There is MIDI out, so you can control other instruments with this one. There are also built-in effects. The case is made from a hardwood: North American Cherry. The solar charging top piece of the case comes standard and protects the instrument from damage while on the move. This instrument has solar charging built into the case. Solar power is an amazing technology and worth investing in. To use the solar charging, plug the included power cord from the top part of the case to the bottom. The instrument will take around 8 hours of direct sunlight to fully charge. You can also charge the instrument using a regular 5 volt USB C charger.
